This Saves the Machine From Damage to costly Parts. Silicon Spray And Its Application Method Is Supplied Free Of Cost With The Purchase Of Jogging Machine. Additional Silicon Spray Can Be Purchased Anytime From Our Showroom. We Highly Recommend To Buy Only Original Spray From Us As It Extends The Life Of The Machine.
2. All Moving Parts Including Bearing And Bushes Used In The Machine.
3. All Rubber Parts And Rubber Weights To Control Tension While Exercising Including Hand Grips And Pedal Etc.
4. All Electric And Mechanical Cables Connecting Display / Computers Of Speedo Meters Including Timers And Buzzers.
5. Any Other Moving Or Decorative Plastic Parts That are not Mentioned Above are not Covered Under the Guarantee as per warranty terms & conditions.

Important Information:

1. As per warranty terms and conditions, all Machines Are Suitable For Personal Use Only Unless “Specified For Commercial Use”. Guarantee Is Void If Equipment Is Used For Commercial Purposes, Public Gymnasium, Or By Several Members Of The Family.
2. All Repairs Of Machines Sold By Us Are Carried Out At Our Karachi Workshop Only. Guarantee Is Void If Machine Is Tampered By Outside Technician.
3. Once The Goods Leaves Our Premises Duly Checked, Properly Tested, And Satisfactorily Received By The Customer, Any Change Or Breakage Is Not Covered Under Guarantee. On Electric Operated Machines, Damages Due To Voltage Fluctuation Are Also Not Covered In Guarantee.
4. Use Of Proper Voltage Stabilizer Is Essential In Areas Where Voltage Fluctuation Is Common.
5. Goods Dispatched Outside Karachi Are At Customers Own Risk And Expense. No Claim Of Damage Will Be Accepted Later.
6. Damage Due To Mishandling, Children Tampering, And Negligent Use Like Keeping The Machines In Open Places Exposed To The Sun, Wind, And Humidity Are Also Not Covered. Any Damage And Breakage At Customer’s Premises Due To Any Reason Are Not Covered. It’s “Highly “Recommended” To Prolong the Life Of The Machine It Be Kept Covered By a Plastic Sheet Or Suitable Cover When Not In Use For Extended Period.
7. Goods Brought In Or Sent For Repairs Must Be Collected Back Within “30 Days”. Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Claim Made After Specified Period.
8. All Disputes And Claims Will Be Settled In Karachi Courts Only.
9. In Case Of Complaints Please Note Technician Will Contact you To Schedule a visit Within “72 Hours”. Original Invoice Must Be Shown Or Emailed Before The Visit To Avail The Guarantee. No Exception.
10. The Machine Requires European Or Good Quality Sockets Where The Plug Is Properly Fitted. Please Note That Old Type And Rusted Sockets And Plugs Are Not Suitable And May Damage The Electronics Of The Machine. Also Do Not Use Extension Boards For Electrically Operated Machines Which Can Cause Serious Damage.
